1. Accepted Payment Methods

At My Little Darling, we offer a wide range of secure payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and safe. We currently accept:

All payments are processed securely through our certified payment providers, such as Shopify Payments and Mollie.

2. Payment Timing

Most payments are processed immediately. If you choose Klarna or another “Buy Now, Pay Later” method, the terms of that payment method will apply. Your order will be processed once payment is authorized.

3. Currency and VAT

All prices are listed in EUR (€) by default, including VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT may be deducted at checkout. Please note that import duties, local taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Secure Payments

We take payment security seriously. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled securely by trusted third-party providers.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined or fails, you will receive an automatic notification. Please try again with a different payment method. If issues persist, contact our customer support for assistance.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in case of suspected fraud or payment irregularities.

6. Refunds

In case of returns or cancellations, we will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Klarna payments, Klarna will handle the refund in accordance with their own policies.
