We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and seamless as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping and delivery times for all countries

Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all shipments:

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
  • Shipping time: 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 4–8 working days in total (Monday to Friday).

Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Free shipping over a specific order value

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping for orders over £25, otherwise we charge a flat rate of £5.95.
  • Australia: Free shipping for orders over $50, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $9.95.
  • New Zealand: Free shipping for orders over $50, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $14.99.
  • Canada: Free shipping for orders over $50, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $12.99.
  • United States: Free shipping for orders over $30, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $9.95.
  • Ireland: Free shipping for orders over €25, otherwise we charge a flat rate of €5.95.
  • All other countries: Free shipping for orders over €25, otherwise we charge a flat rate of €5.95.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can easily track the delivery of your package a few days after placing the order. This way, you'll know exactly when your order will arrive. You can track your order here.

Need to update your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible at info@my-little-darling-shop.com.

We’ll do our best to make the change, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee an address update.
