  • Return period: we are pleased to offer UK returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Product condition: items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Easy returns: returning your items is simple. Download the return form, ship it to My Little Darling, Schimmelt 2-16, 5611 ZX Eindhoven, Netherlands and once arrived and accepted we will refund via you original payment method.
  • Refund processing: we process your refund within 2 days.
  • Return costs: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return an item:

  • Step 1: download the return form here.
  • Step 2: pack and send your order to the return address. Send the products along with the completed return form to our return address:

    Make sure the package you send has a tracking code. You are responsible for this as the sender.
  • Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we've received the package, we'll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 2 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 2 days.
  • You’ll be refunded the full purchase amount.
